This place holds a special place in my heart. It was the first lunch I went out to with a group from work when I started my job (now five years ago), and we still make constant visits. The group working knows us, and welcomes us each time with a smile and usually a much shorter line than that other BYOB (build your own burrito) place on the other side of town. The nachos are the best deal on the menu. You get some or the delicious chips, lightly salted, with your choice of meat, salsas, and of course the delectable queso that Qdoba features. The price per entree sits at about $6-7, and they're plenty filling. While I'd rather this place stay my own burrito paradise, it deserves your business. Get moving for your American Mexican fix.

Love this place......so much better than "that other burrito joint". Love the food, its always tasty and the queso is to die for! Who doesn't love hot melty cheesy nachos? Burritos are also another great choice..try them naked!

its like mexican food sorta maybe. Well more like they saw Taco Bell and were inspired by that. now take away any flavor that taco bell food might have had and this is whats waiting for you. Its not bad tasting - its just not anything. its as if not one of the people behind the counter ever had mexcian food made by mexicans ever in their lives. But its a clean place with friendly service so we'll give em an extra star.

Very small portions on my burrito...and chipotle or moe's tastes better. No bueno The cashier decided to cook peppers on the grill while 3 people waited by the register...for at least 3 minutes. This location needs a supervisor or someone focused toward customer service

Like I said earlier, they always run out of peppers. The biggest problem I faced on my recent visit was the manager telling one of the workers to give me burned bits/scraps of what was left of the peppers instead of giving me the option to wait. Not cool.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
